Pastor’s Prayer of the Week

Christ Jesus, my savior, my Lord and King, I bow down in humble adoration and godly expectation. My heart is full of fear and trembling as I see that the day is coming, the day of disclosure. I keep my faith and this blessed hope, and with patience I stand firm, even more now in the beginning of this new Christmas season, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, One God now and forever, Amen.

Ladies Breakfast November 2021

The ladies breakfast for November was recently held. The verse of our meditation was: “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign; the virgin will conceive, and give birth to a Son, and will call Him Emmanuel” Isaiah 7:14. Video and pictures below

Monthly Food Drive

Starting Sunday, December 12 we are reviving our monthly food drive collection of non-perishable items and will continue to do so on the second Sunday of each month. Please leave your donations in the designated area of the church foyer on that Sunday. Thank you.

Christmas Tea

Sponsored by the JOY Committee on Friday, December 10th at 2 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. You are invited to join us for a fun and fellowship program of tea and Christmas goodies along with carol singing, a Christmas message and a gift exchange (a $5.00 Dollar Store item per person). Samaritan’s Purse – Operation Christmas Child – Shoebox Ministry

We are so pleased to announce that 70 shoeboxes were collected last Sunday to be shipped to needy children in countries around the world. Many thanks to all those who participated in this ministry. Special thanks and appreciation to Audrey for organizing and co-ordinating this for us again this year. 

Christmas Program

HEAR YE, HEAR YE CHRISTMAS IS COMING! We are pleased to announce that we are having a Christmas program this year on Sunday, December 19th, at 4:15 p.m. followed by a fellowship meal of pizza and wings. Pastor Ricardo will be reading the story of Jesus’ birth while people from our congregation, adults and children alike, will be acting out the characters, without dialogue.
