Prayer Corner: Week of November 6th

Prayer Corner: Week of November 6th

Message: ”God’s giving deserves our thanksgiving.”

Devotion. “A Thankful response.”

The beauty of twilight, the freshness of dawn, the coolness of dew on

A green velvet lawn – Great is our loss when we no longer find a thankful

Response to things of this kind.

Psalm 37: 6, He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,

The justice of your cause like the noonday sun.

Today respond with deep appreciation to scenes painted by our Master.

Do you ever think about the events of your day today or yesterday?

There may have been disappointment, disruptions, delays, delights and

More. You may have been thankful for some and not so thankful for others.

Our Bible says we should be thankful for all.

Scripture says be thankful in everything not for everything. Be it

Pleasant or unpleasant be thankful in the midst of your circumstance.

God doesn’t expect us to be thankful for illness, accidents or job losses.

But it “is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” to be thankful in the midst

Of a crisis. As a Christian we can give thanks in all situations, because

“We know that all things work together for good to those who love God,”

And who are called to be “conformed to the image of His Son.” Romans

8:28,29.

Breathe a prayer of thanks to God for every situation and circumstance.

Pray for each other, our brothers and sisters in Christ. I have chosen

Some names to pray for blessings in abundance.
