Message: JOY, What a wonderful way to spell JOY! Jesus and others and
You. In the life of each male and female “J” is for Jesus; for He has first
Place. “O” is for others we meet face to face. “Y” is for you, in whatever
You do. Put yourself third and spell JOY.
Devotion: A wonderful thing
God’s love endureth forever-what a wonderful thing to know when the
Tides of life run against you and your spirit is downcast and low.
Psalm 117;2, For great is his love toward us and the faithfulness of the
Lord entrees forever. Praise the Lord.
Today let God’s steadfast love assist you in improving your
Outlook on life.
When you pray do you trust God that there will be an outcome?
That’s an attitude. David had an attitude of total trust in God’s hand
To superintend his life. In Psalm 31, he prayed, “In you, O Lord, I put my
Trust….Be my rock of refuge, a fortress of defence to save me…..I trust
In the Lord. I will be glad and rejoice in your mercy…..I trust in you, O Lord
You are my God….My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of
My enemies, and from those who persecute me
We can ask ourselves, how is my attitude? Are we expressing our trust
In God for all the details of our lives? Remember He is our rock.
Prayer should be uncomplicated. God listens to and hears the prayers
Of children and theologians alike.
Pray blessings in abundance on our sisters and brothers in Christ. I have
Chosen some names you can add to your devotions.
1) Eleanor and John
2) Audrey and Joe
3) Sue and John
4) Janet
5) Dave, Nancy, Kim, Marlee and Lucky
My prayer for all is to love one another. May our words that we speak be
Kind. Remember God loves you always. God’s word + Prayer = POWER!
Prayerfully yours,
Nancy
