Prayer Corner: Week of January 6th

Prayer Corner: Week of January 6th

Here we are into a new year, 2026. Some make resolutions and then forget them in a short while. We, as humans can have short memories. Do you know that God never forgets. That is something that as His children we can count on. Have no fear for He is near. We have the privilege to call on Him when we want.
Isaiah 12:2, Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.
There are many concerns and also praises for us to call on the Lord. Praying and reading our Bible should be our daily bread. Amongst the chaos, wars, hate and ungodly behaviour that can surround us,  know that God is with us always. He will hear our praises and songs from our hearts as well as our concerns. God is good.
