Prayer Corner: April 24th

Psalm 71:19-20, Your righteousness reaches to the skies, O God, you who have done great things. Who, O God is like you? 20, Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.

When we go through the storms of life, what do we do? Some completely fall apart and find it difficult to go on. But, if we have faith in our Almighty God, he will sustain us. Look up and remember, God will never leave you. We can accomplish anything through our Lord who strengthens us. Every moment of our day is filled with mercies and blessings. Pray, give thanks to the Lord and He will take on our troubles. I have some suggestions in need of prayer.
Pray for:
Our church, Faith Reformed and other churches in our community.
    Pastor McGale and Sunday services.
All who may be suffering with diseases or cancer.
A repentance for all who do not know our Saviour.
The poor and lonely, and those in nursing and retirement homes.
    The homeless.
    Single parents and their children.
Those who are incarcerated. May they find their way in life, and through our Lord Jesus.
    Godly wisdom for world leaders.
    World peace.
All the innocent suffering from the results of the wars that are present around the world.
    All the Saints.
    Jerusalem.
The elderly for blessings of safety and wellness.
Farmers and the planting season which is upon us.
    All creatures great and small.
    Missionary workers.
    Children around the world.
    A forgiving heart.
Thankfulness for Jesus and that He prays for us.

How blessed are we who know Jesus. Remember God loves you always and your sins are forgiven and forgotten.
God’s word + prayer= POWER!
Prayerfully yours,
Nancy
