Life can be hard. Difficulties and trials disrupt our lives. But those moments of fear and anxiety are also when the assurance of God’s presence comes alive and provides a safe passage for heart and soul. That’s why the demand for God’s Word increases in times of conflict and disaster. In these times you give people the experience of “safe passage”. You help them hear God speak.
Thank you for touching the lives of people who have been exploited, trafficked or enslaved. You nurture faith when it is suppressed and when the church is punished. You show up where trauma cripples lives and where youth are adrift and at risk.
Thank you for making it possible for people around the world to hear God speak and experience their own safe passage.
