Sufficient Grace
“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness”(2 Cor. 12:9). This is one of my favourite verses in scripture. It has such great meaning.
Have you ever noticed when you attempt to do something that may be far beyond your capacity, that if we rely on the Lord we will not fail. So many times I have asked God for help in many life situations and He has heard my prayers. We may think how many times can we ask God. Ask, make it a habit, that what we ask for will be given.
I know my Lord answers, and it is not just a possibility. Have you ever had to move something heavy. You may need leverage to to lift it. So too a certain amount of prayer will get what you need from God. Rain showers bring May flowers and prayers bring blessings and mercies. There is a good feeling in all our labours but most of all in our work of intercession. I know it works.
We shop in the stores and trust in the King’s money that we can buy what we need. The very same way, put your trust in God’s promises. They are true and good. But we must remember to offer them in submission to God’s will. Always remember this.
He may not always literally give what we ask for. But he gives what is best for us. If He does not give the mercy you ask for in silver, He provides it in gold. His grace is sufficient.

Pray for each other as brothers and sisters in Christ. God is love and we are made in his image, let your love show
