Prayer Corner: God’s mighty hand

Prayer Corner: God’s mighty hand

Message: Christianity is the power of God in the soul of man.

Scripture: Daniel 4:34, His dominion is an eternal dominion; his kingdom endures generation to generation.

Devotion: “God’s mighty hand”

God’s mighty hand can be felt every minute, for there is nothing on earth that God isn’t in it. Psalm 98;1, Sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy are have worked salvation for him.

Today thank God for holding you in the palm of His hand_ a hand that is both gentle and strong.

Have you ever asked yourself “is prayer important?” If we follow Christ we would say yes. It is an intimate and deep way to connect with God and maintain a lasting relationship with our Heavenly Father.

In our busy lives we can forget or overlook prayer, but the truth is we can’t afford not to pray.

The Bible (our manual for life) assures us God is listening and ready to help us in our time of need. The Lord wants us to pray in times of joy, gratitude, sorrow and hardships.

Next week I will search why is prayer important. Pray for each other as brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray that the Lord blesses them with abundance of good. I have chosen some names you could add to your daily devotions.

    1) Phyllis

    2) Sheryl and Mike

    3) Elsie

    4) Linda

    5) Nancy, Dave and Kim

We can make a difference by praying for things which affect all our lives.
