Prayer Corner: Renewal

Message: Trust in the One who will win the battle. Let your whole life radiate the hope of Jesus. Christ in you, the hope of glory! Thats what will give the world a standing chance. So trust totally in God, stand squarely in His hope and be witness to His victorious Son.

Scripture: Acts 3:19, Now change your mind and attitude to God and turn to Him so he can cleanse away your sins and send you wonderful times of refreshment from the presence of the Lord.

Devotion:  Renewal

After the winter comes the spring to show us again that in everything there’s always renewal divinely planned, flawlessly perfect, the work of God’s hands.

Psalm 95:3,4, For the Lord is the great God, the great king above all Gods. In His hand are the depths of the earth, and mountain peaks belong to him.

Today renew yourself. Improve yourself. Awaken the desire within you to blossom into the best you can be. Let it be accomplished in and for God’s honour. Pray blessings in abundance towards your brothers and sisters in Christ. Whether they are in crisis, need, illness or prosperity. God is love and God lives in us. I have chosen some names that can be added to your daily

Devotions.

    1)Molly and Dirk

    2) Marion

    3) Joanne B

    4) Nel and Henry

    5) Mabel and Bert

We praise and worship our Father. He is our creator and Father. Talk with Him and let Him know your worries and praises. I have listed some that you can add to your daily devotions.

Pray for:

Faith reformed, it’s ministries, consistory, and all leaders.

    A pastor.

Our children in Faith reformed. Lord open their hearts and mind so as receive the gospel and the precious words of God.

A renewal for all. Bless this Lenten season and the forgiveness of sin.

    World leaders, for Godly wisdom.

Those who invoke war and killing of innocent people.

Bless Israel and pray for the lost lives and the families who mourn the losses.

Ukraine, and it’s people that freedom will be theirs.

    All the Saints.

    The unsaved.

    The poor and homeless.

Those in the end of life illnesses.

The churches in our community and their clergy.

    A forgiving heart.

    All creatures great and small.

My prayer for all is to love one another, and be kind. Thinking before you might say words that are hurtful. Ready yourself for the next coming of Jesus. Repent, renew and love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. God’s word + prayer = POWER !!
