We all have troubles from time to time. No one escapes this aspect of
Life. What do we do when we feel a heavy burden ? Turn to God! He has
The answer. Prayer, and leaning on our Heavenly Father.
Oh Lord, you see how great my troubles are. So heavy that I just can’t
Carry them. We may feel that we need extraordinary help soon or we
May break.
Turn this adversity to advantage. Say, “Lord do you hear me?” You
Have commanded me to pray and have faith. Lift me in spirit.
When God tells you to call on Him, He will deal compassionately
With you. Prayer in the hour of trouble is not so that we experience
Deeper disappointment. God knows that we have trouble enough
Without the added burden of unanswered prayer. When He tells you to
Call on Him, you may call on Him without fear of failure.
Plead the trouble, plead the command and the time with God.
Speak reverently but with belief, “Lord, it is You Yourself to whom I
Appeal. You said ‘Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you’
Psalm 50: 15.
Always remember the power of prayer and that our Lord shall never
Leave or forsake us.
Is it good to pray for each other? Yes, we as sisters and brothers in
Christ must ask God to bless each other abundantly. In times of good
And in times of trouble.
